Examination
- The School holds two examinations (Half yearly and Annual Examinations) with two unit tests in between the examinations.
- All school dues must be cleared before /prior to the examinations, otherwise the pupil will not be allowed to sit for the examinations.

Criteria for Promotion and progress report
- Students of Nursery, LKG and UKG will have only one series of tests conducted during the month of March. However they will be constantly evaluated by their class teachers and subject teachers throughout the year. The reports of such evaluation will be sent to the parents/guardians at the end of each term.
- Promotion for students of classes I to VI are considered on the basis of their overall performance in Unit Test, half yearly and annual Examination. A student must secure at least 40% average marks in all the subjects in order to be considered for promotion to the next higher class at the end of the session. Mid- term promotions are not granted.
- A failure can be retained in the same class. Any student failing twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue in the school.
